Serves 6
- 2 cups of parboiled rice
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 300 g loin
- 50 g bean sprouts
- 1 carrot 1 onion
- 2 eggs salt pepper
In the meantime, prepare the ingredients as follows.
In a pan put a little oil and cook the eggs. Before they set mixed coarsely the yolk with egg white. Remove the egg mixture and keep aside.
Add more oil in same pan and put the meat, previously sliced \u200b\u200band beaten with a meat pounder. Cook according to the preferred degree of cooking and, once cooked, cut into strips.
In the same frying pan brown the onion and carrot and cut into slices. Once the vegetables are golden, place drained rice into the pan and cook for a few minutes. Agiungete meat, eggs and bean sprouts last.
I prefer to use half and half basmati parboiled rice because it keeps better, if not consumed all at once.
