- 450 g loin
- 3 tablespoons oil
- the zest of a lemon
- the juice of a lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic

- parsley salt pepper
Prepare the marinade: mix all ingredients except the meat in a saucepan.
Cut the meat into cubes about 2 cm per side and place in saucepan with the marinade. Cover and place in refrigerator for 8 hours, stirring 2 or 3 times.
After the expiration of marinating, prepare the kebabs with the meat.
Heat the plate and cook the Spedding for 10 minutes per side or until meat is tender and golden, brushing with the marinade occasionally.
