In this post the recipe is related to another of the many solutions to redeploy the cake is not eaten during the Christmas holidays. E 'is an interesting idea for a tasty dessert, why not be a nutritious snack, which since the time of year is by no means out of place.

150 g panettone

For the coffee sauce

125 dl milk
125 dl fresh cream 75 g sugar

40 grams of egg yolks (about 2)
taste of instant coffee

How to prepare

Mount eggs and sugar until mixture is smooth and fluffy. In a small pan in a double boiler, melt the butter with the chocolate and add to egg mixture. Add the sifted flour and mix well, stirring with a movement from the bottom up.
Dice the slices of cake, soaked in Marsala and add to mixture. Let rest in refrigerator for about 4 hours.
After the interval, butter and flour the molds dose, fill with the mixture and cook for about 20 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Prepare the sauce by boiling the milk coffee with cream. Beat the egg yolks and sugar together and add the instant coffee with milk and cream to boil. Continue cooking in water bath until the mixture velero spoon or reaches the temperature of 82 degrees (like a creme anglaise). Far cooler well.
Serve the cake sprinkled with powdered sugar.
