lasagna with shrimp and beans

Ingredients for 3 people

  • 250 g of lasagna
  • 300 g of canned beans
  • 400 g of prawns
  • oil salt pepper

Drain the beans from the brining liquid and shake it. Season the puree with olive oil, salt and pepper. Heat it in a water bath for two minutes, stirring, and keep in the hot pan.

Cook lasagne in boiling water, take them out with a paddle with holes and let them dry on a towel.
cooked shrimp in the same water for half a minute then drip.

Arrange in a layer of pasta dishes, cream of beans and shrimp.
