Venus Risotto with scallops

Ingredients for 3 people
  • 300 g of rice Venus
  • 1 l of broth, fishing
  • 300 g of frozen scallops
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • half cup of apple cider vinegar
  • half a glass of white wine
  • two tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 and 1 / 2 onion
  • butter salt pepper
Prepare the risotto: saute the onion in a little butter, cut into slices, and when it is golden add the rice and toast. Take blend with the vinegar, balsamic vinegar and wine. Add
little broth at a time when the previous one has been absorbed. Season with salt.
In the meantime, prepare the scallops: fry the onion in a little butter left, also cut into slices. When golden add the cream and cook for a few minutes. Add the scallops and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
When the rice is ready, stir in balsamic vinegar. Place it on a plate and then add the scallops.
Sure, you can mix directly with the mixture of cream and scallops, but the best is to see the black rice!
