50 Ingredients for pancake

  • 260 g flour
  • 1 packet of cream of tartar
  • 25 g sugar 2 eggs
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 50 g of butter
Melt the butter in a saucepan.

In a bowl, stir together the flour, cream of tartar and sugar. Dig a pit, put the eggs and stir in gradually the milk and melted butter.
You have to get a smooth, thick batter.

In a pan drop a spoonful of batter, to form a disk.
Cook the pancake until small bubbles form on the surface and you are toned.
Turn them and cook the other side.

should be eaten hot, sprinkled with jam, honey or maple syrup.
