- 800 g loin
- salt
Place over high heat to warm a plate and cospargetene the bottom of salt.
When the plate is hot lay the slices of pork loin and cook over high heat forever, as long as both sides remained the sign of the plate.
The salt is used to flavor, but also as a non-stick substance, so there is no need to grease the griddle.
