Penne with salmon and tomatoes

Serves 4

  • 350 g half feathers
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g of smoked salmon
  • 200 g cream
  • onion
  • butter
  • oil

Boil pasta in salted water.

Meanwhile you brown the sliced \u200b\u200bonion in a little oil and butter. Add the cream and tomatoes seeded and chopped. When the cream has thickened a little, add the sliced \u200b\u200bsalmon and turn off the flame.

Drain the pasta and pass the gravy in the pan on high heat for a few minutes.

Season with basil.
