- 200 g of parboiled rice
- 200 g of peas
- 200 g of shrimp
- 100 g of swordfish
- 2 frankfurters
- half green pepper
- two envelopes of saffron
- 1 carrot 1 celery
- onion
- a knob of butter
- vegetable broth
- white wine salt pepper
about half cooked, add the shrimp, peas, hot dogs and swordfish, cut into cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
There is a real recipe for paella, but there are several versions. This is just one of endless possibilities.
