Seitan onion soup au gratin

  • 300 g seitan
  • 30 g of margarine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • parsley

Here is a vegan recipe.
If the seitan is already sliced, slices cut in half lengthwise, so you get two thin slices from a single slice. Set aside a small pat of margarine and heat the rest with the olive oil in a pan. Arrange the slices of seitan in the bowl and cook on high heat for a few minutes per side. Remove and place on a plate serving. In
sauce flavored with onion slices, add the margarine and allow to thicken slightly. United balsamic vinegar, stir, turn the flame and pour the sauce over the seitan steaks or serve as an accompaniment.
