- 1 l broth
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 50 g of butter
- 500 g of white onions

- 100 g of grated Parmesan
- 12 slices of bread
- salt pepper
Sprinkle with flour and stir for a minute. Add the wine and a little 'stock.
Simmer for 30 minutes, adding more broth if needed.
Meanwhile brown the slices of bread in a pan with a tablespoon of oil.
When the soup is cooked, season with salt and pepper and pour into four containers from the oven. Arrange the slices of bread on the surface and cover with parmesan.
Place the containers in an oven preheated to 250 ° C with the grill and wait until it forms a golden crust on the surface of the soup (it will be just a few minutes).
