now I have long been confident that I prefer the first in white, I always seem more delicate and pleasing, with the gnocchi , except the version to Sorrento which is incredibly tasty.

Gnocchi with butter, sage and parmesan
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 kg of gnocchi
30 g butter

sage to taste 3-4 tablespoons Parmesan or grana

Procedure:
1) Prepare the gnocchi ( here )
2) Melt the butter in a pan with the chopped sage
3) Add a few tablespoons of hot water and mix
4) Add 1-2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and melt gently
5) Cook the gnocchi in boiling water, rise to the surface when they are ready. Then take them with a slotted spoon (or skimmer) and season them in a pan with the sauce for a minute or
