Very easy as pie pasta brisa contains the goodness of creamy zucchini and dates from the sauce and mozzarella, a real pleasure!

Ingredients: 1 roll of
pasta brisa
2 zucchini Genoese
300 ml of white sauce (made with 30 grams of flour, 30 g butter and 300 ml of milk)
2 125 gr mozzarella 1 egg
4 tablespoons Parmesan or grana
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
Various (oil, salt, a pinch of pepper)
Procedure:
1 ) Prepare the bechamel and let it cool
2) Wash and trim zucchini, with a knife well mandolin or a sharp cut in slices very thin
3) Sauté the zucchini in the pan for a few minutes with a little olive oil and a bit of chili (which must be removed)
4) In a bowl cut mozzarella cubes, combine the grated cheese and egg
5) Add the sauce, zucchini and mix
6) Roll out the dough brisè from its packaging and place it in a lightly greased baking dish (and dried with a paper towel) or on which you placed a new sheet of parchment paper
7) On the bottom lay a sprinkle of bread crumbs (which will isolate the dough from the dressing preventing it could dampen too)
8) Pour the sauce evenly smoothing
9) Put in oven, preheated to 190-200 degrees for about 35-40 minutes, or until completely cooked and golden brown
10) Let cool and then portioning
